ElvUI has completely revamped this section for Battle for Azeroth, so some of this may be new for long-time ElvUI users. Enabling Cooldown Text displays cooldown text on anything with the cooldown spiral. ElvUI For the Battle for Azeroth Expansion #26 by Blazeflack We don't include LibArtifactData in ElvUI. One of your other addons are providing the library, and it is not updated for Legion.
