This is the 3d model file include custom made Umaril the Unfeathered Dragon form based on the original look. The OBJ file is no use for normal players, only a modder resource(no bones). The NIF file has simple skin data and can be used directly but no textures and UV. The skin weights still need lots of works before perfect. Feel free to use it.
